Making A Purchase: Making a purchase is simple. Just browse the website, then follow the instructions to purchase through our on-line shop. Alternatively, you can email your order and your delivery details to sarah@puzzlethis.co.uk, and we will check availability and contact you via email or telephone to arrange payment. Note: For security reasons please do not include credit card or bank details in any emails. Our shop is protected by on line security so credit card details are kept secure.

Shipping And Handling: Shipping and handling to mainland UK and Northern Ireland is free for orders over £20.00, and charged at £2.50 for orders below £20.00. To all other destinations shipping charges will vary, please contact info@puzzlethis.co.uk for more information regarding these charges.

VAT: All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT (British tax). Non-UK orders may be exempt from VAT. Do not use the on-line shop for orders to be delivered outside mainland UK, email your order to orders@puzzlethis.co.uk, where your eligibility for VAT exemption will be looked at, and shipping costs calculated.

Delivery Schedule: We send each order on receipt of payment, and delivery in mainland UK will normally be within 2 – 5 business days.

Back Orders: If your requested item is not in stock, we will endeavour to order it for you. We will keep you up to date on the status of your order by email or telephone as requested.

Privacy Policy: Puzzle This will not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Any data given to us will only be used to take and fulfil customer orders, for use by third parties for the purpose of delivery, and to administer and enhance the site and service.

Returns Policy: If you are not entirely satisfied with the state of your order on delivery, we will be happy to either replace the product or supply you with a 'Puzzle This' credit note of the same value. Please contact us to let us know what the problem is within 7 days of receipt. All returns are at your cost, but replacements will be sent free of charge.
